This was a living product, so expect each stem to be slightly different from each other. Some irregularities may occur and the product you receive may differ slightly than what is pictured.
Shipped Pampas Grass has been compressed for transport and may be a bit flat. Upon receiving your grass, gently fluff it by hand then blow it with a blow dryer on high heat setting to make it big and fluffy.
